Thanks to its smooth soft-opening mechanism and ball-bearing steel rails, the drawer opens and closes seamlessly—even after hundreds of thousands of cycles. The RJ12 24V interface allows direct connection to standard POS printers, ensuring simple integration into existing systems. For added flexibility, an optional external USB/serial drawer opener is available when no receipt printer is used.

Security is prioritised with a three-position lock, an optional lockable insert lid, and an emergency opening mechanism located on the underside of the drawer. The drawer also includes a sensor for drawer open status for better POS software monitoring.
